Is there a limit to the number of machines I can add to AgOps?

No. We have no limits on the number of machines you can add to AgOps. Even our free tier allows you to add as many machines as you like.

Is there a limit to the number of service records I can create for each machine?

No. We encourage you to make your service history as complete as possible. There are no limits to the number of service records you can add.

Can I add a picture of my machinery?

Yes. We think it is quicker for you and your team to identify the right machine with an image correctly, so we support uploading a picture.

I have lots of records already. Do you support a data upload?

Not via our mobile app. However, you can contact our support team to discuss how we can load your data.

Can I export my service records?

Not yet. We have several things farmers have asked for, and we are trying to prioritise which gets added to the app first.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t need to. You can start using AgOps for free; there is no trial period. See Pricing

Can you explain that pricing again?

Of course. It is free if you are a single owner-operator. However, if you would like support from our team or the ability to share your records with someone else, your team, for example, we ask you to purchase a license. See Pricing

What is a CMMS?

Computerized Maintenance Management System. You might have heard of a CMMS or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) before, and essentially AgOps is a CMMS or EAM system; we tailor the experience for agricultural operations.

What does AgOps stand for?

AgOps is a portmanteau* of two words Agricultural and Operations.

Why did we choose the name AgOps? We wanted something that could grow beyond just service maintenance. Given one of our co-founders is a farmer, we know there are plenty more challenges that technology could help farmers overcome. We chose AgOps because we want to grow.

*WTF is a Portmanteau?

Two words smashed together to form another word like smoke and fog - smog. If you are wondering how to say portmanteau it is port-man-toe.
